I watched Trainspotting two days ago. Because of the HeroinAddict characters, I got heavily reminded (heavily reminded??) of my HeroinAddict cousin and his PrettyCute HeroinAddict friend who I liked and who liked me back, but by the time we both found out, it was too late 'cause I was leaving BengaliLand the next day. ANYWAY, then after that I got online and I chatted with my PotHead cousin and she gave me my HeroinAddict cousin's PrettyCuteHeroinAddict friend's email address, and she was telling me about my HeroinAddict cousin and stuff, then I started missing BengaliLand like mad. Then I couldn't sleep that night, 'cause I drank tea at around 12, and I was up till 3.30am decorating my room (i.e. putting stuff up on my walls) and missing BengaliLand. Then I went out with Megan for lunch the next day (yesterday) and on my way home in the cab, I stopped by at a gas station (Caltex?) and got a pack of Bensons.
Yes, I got a bloody pack of smokes.
And I know not what to do with it.
When I told this to Shimona, she said what I did (buying the smokes) was sweet and that I should set the pack free. Like, in a pond or something. Ha!
ANYWAY, today after the Physics lesson at school, the house was conveniently empty and so I opened the doors and windows and switched on the fans and went a couple of floors down and had a Benson at the staircase window. (Lucky for me, though, the wind was blowing towards me. For fuck's sake...)
Well, Sam came over at around 4 and the pirated Love Actually DVD that my cousin brought wouldn't play, so we sat around in my room and listened to random music and tried to categorize bands (which we failed at) and had popcorn and I read Sam some of my dreams which I had written down when I was staying in Ithaca. Today was fun in a boring sort of way. Not that I was bored. It was just a boring sort of fun. I'm glad I called Sam over. I've probably mentioned this before: Sam's the kind of person I can just sit around with and have fun. I mean, no talking required, y'know? Yeah.
