OH MAN I can't believe I haven't posted in like almost a month. Here's what has happened ever since.
1) Kitty almost died. He climbed up the horizontal grilles of our back verandah and got stuck high up. So I had to go pull him down, which was dangerous 'cause he could've been scared enough to back away from me (and thus fall 7 storeys) or he could've been scared enough to claw my face as I carried him. Anyway, he's fine now.
2) Clarissa came back. We went for lunch and I bought a $12 Spongebob balloon, which was going to be my date for Megan's party that night, but it burst about 5 minutes before I went out to the party. Anyway, it was all good. I won the award for Sexiest Guy at the party. Those of you who've watched the Spongebob movie should know that Patrick is a sexy bitch of a starfish. Which is why I won.
Can't bloody think of what else has happened. Because today I went to my first gig ever! It was Tribute to Gods of Metal 2. I now totally regret not going for the 1st one two weeks ago. :( Anyway, it was FUCKING AWESOME! When me and Megan went in, I thought we'd just be sitting there and listening to that metal crap for a couple of hours (it's supposed to last till 10 but we left at like 5) but a while later, we were in the crowd, headbanging and screaming and dancing, it was fucking awesome! Aaand, we even moshed a bit. We were fucking scared and then suddenly we were being pushed and shoved around and we didn't know what was going on, then Sugar rescued us and we stood right around the mosh pit and Sugar was saving us from the moshingness of JJ and David. But we didn't wanna be saved! Megan got elbowed several times by David. Later, Kunal and David crowd-surfed and Kunal even got to sing into the mic! Aaah fuck it was awesome... Especially when they were playing Slayer. Oh man, fucking awesome shit. And there were so many people I knew there! I mean, of course, apart from Kunal, Sugar, Shourav, David, and JJ, I saw Ayam, Suhmid, Terry, and Viknesh. [MEENHAJ, I finally met Hans. Then I went to semi-mosh and when I came back I was all pumped and like, "WHOA!! YOU GUYS SHOULD GO!" and then we started talking about how it was so awesome and we couldn't believe you were all the way in NY missing it and playing with your pussy. Hahahaa..]
Worst part was the leaving bit. Baba had told me he wanted me to call him to pick me up by 6.30 'cause we have to go to Redwan's house for dinner. So, me and Megan left the gig at like 5.15-ish and I went to Megan's house and she went to her sister's house for Easter tea. Then I called Baba from Megan's house and he said that he was expecting my call at 7, so he and Mom went out. So, like, what the fuck! I could've stayed there for at least another hour! Aaanyway, shit like that always happens.
So, I'm home now, missing Metallica and Sepultura. :(
Strangely enough, today was the first time I went to church (Megan dragged me along before the gig for Easter mass) and right after, I went to my first gig, which was a metal gig full of anti-Christianityness. Isn't it ironic?
